Sydney District Planning Panel
Sydney District Planning Panels have been set up to determine a range of significant developments including all developments with a value of more than $30 million and some specific categories of development over $5 million, as well as certain rezoning & other planning matters.
The Sydney District Planning Panels are panels of members appointed by State Government and local Councils. The Panels have been established to provide independent, merit-based decision-making and advice to the Minister on significant development proposals and planning matters.
