Until further notice the Public will not be able to attend the Hawkesbury Local Planning Panel in person and the following changes will occur.
The Hawkesbury Local Planning Panel meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month, expect where there are no agenda items for that month.
- Members of the public are encouraged to watch the Live Stream of Panel meetings on YouTube
- Members of the public addressing the Panel will speak by audio-visual link
- Any part of the meeting that is held in closed session will not be livestreamed
- Hawkesbury City Council does not accept liability for any defamatory remarks or inappropriate comments that are made during the course of a meeting
- Planning Proposals are referred to the Panel for advice only. Advice given by the Panel will be published in the Panel meeting Minutes, and submitted to Council for consideration at an Ordinary Council meeting.
- All items relating to consideration of Planning Proposals are held in closed session.
- Refer to the Hawkesbury Local Planning Panel Guidelines for further information about the process for consideration of Planning Proposals.
Site inspections of some or all of the sites being determined may be conducted prior to the meeting.
The Agenda for each meeting, including the estimated time of commencement for the meeting, will be published on this page on the Friday prior to the meeting.
