Members of the Public are entitled to attend Council Committee Meetings. Restrictions may apply to the number of persons who can be present in the Council Chambers, to meet building safety or Public Health Requirements.
Members of the public are encouraged to watch the Live Streaming of Council Committee Meetings.
Persons wishing to address the Heritage Committee meeting must register as set out below.
Each speaker will be allocated up to 5 minutes to address the Committee in the Council Chambers and speakers can choose to answer any questions from Committee Members.
To address the meeting on an item in the business paper you must register to speak three (3) hours prior to the commencement of the meeting by contacting Council.. You will need to apply via the following online form or complete a hard copy of Application Form and lodge it with the General Manager, Hawkesbury City Council, PO Box 146, WINDSOR NSW 2756, or by delivery in person to Council's Administration Building at 366 George Street, WINDSOR NSW 2756 by this time. The application form is also available by contacting the Manager Governance on (02) 4560 4426.
Registered Speakers
On the day of the meeting registered speakers will be contacted no later than two (2) hours prior to the commencement of the meeting by email or telephone, if you have not been contacted by this time on the day of the meeting please contact Council’s Manager Governance on (02) 4560 4426.
