Library

Windsor Branch will be CLOSED Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year’s Day and operate at reduced hours of 10am – 4pm on Tuesday 24 December & Tuesday 31 December 2024. Standard opening hours are in place at all other times.

Richmond Branch Library will close Wednesday 25 December 2024 and reopen with usual hours Thursday 2 January 2025.
