ORGANISE YOUR FAMILY HISTORY

This session will look at the benefits of arranging your notes, photos and documentation as well as keeping track of your family history research. Bookings essential, book via Eventbrite https://hawkesburylibrary.eventbrite.com/ or call 4560 4460.
FINDING THE FIASCHI FAMILY
Discover the Fiaschi family with Jonathan Auld at the next Hawkesbury Family History Group meeting on Wednesday, 10 July at 10am. Dr Thomas Fiaschi 1853-1927, surgeon and winemaker at Tizzana Winery in Ebenezer, led an extraordinary life. Not only was he a pioneering surgeon and distinguished military doctor who served on the battlefields in the Boer War and World War I, he also established the Tizzana Winery in the Hawkesbury, and was a prominent winemaker. His first wife Katharine, then second wife Amy, also played major roles in the wine and medical business.
This is a free event and no need to book if you are attending in person. It will be held at Hawkesbury Central Library, Ground Floor, Deerubbin Centre, 300 George Street. If you are unable to attend in person, attend online via Zoom. Book via Eventbrite https://hawkesburylibrary.eventbrite.com/ or call 4560 4460.
