Tender No T00224 - Liveability Project, Construction of Windsor Town Centre Stage 2

Tenders are invited for Windsor Town Centre Stage 2 and will be received up to 3.00pm on 26 March 2025.

Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced respondents, to undertake the construction of public domain upgrades for  Windsor Town Centre Stage 2, along George Street from Fitzgerald Street to Baker Street as part of the Liveability Project

Tender documents are available at Council’s Administration Building at 366 George Street, Windsor from 4 March 2025 for a non-refundable fee of $100 (incl. GST) or available free at buy NSW e-tendering website at https://suppliers.buy.nsw.gov.au/login

Please note there is a Compulsory Site inspection (or Pre- Tender meeting) to be held on 19 March 2025 at 10.00am at 366 George Street Windsor.

Tenders may only be submitted by the means described in the tender documents and must be received by the closing time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify the applicant from the tender process.
