Tender No T00222 - Deerubbin Park Flood Lighting Upgrade

Tenders are invited for Deerubbin Park Lighting Upgrade and will be received up to 3.00pm on 1 April 2025.

Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Contractors, organisations or individuals to provide a design and construct lighting upgrade at Deerubbin Park proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFT.

Tender documents are available at Council’s Administration Building at 366 George Street, Windsor from 11 March 2025 for a non-refundable fee of $100 (incl. GST) or available free at buy NSW e-tendering website at https://suppliers.buy.nsw.gov.au/login

Please note there is a Non-Compulsory Site inspection (or Pre- Tender meeting) to be held on 20/03/2025 at 11:00 am at Deerubbin Park.

Tenders may only be submitted by the means described in the tender documents and must be received by the closing time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify the applicant from the tender process.
