Tender No T00219 - Greens Road Rehabilitation Lower Portland

Tenders are invited for Greens Road Rehabilitation Lower Portland and will be received up to 3pm on 25 February 2025.

Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from external civil contractors in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFT and Contract T00219 for reconstruction of Greens Road at Lower Portland.

Tender documents are available at Council’s Administration Building at 366 George Street, Windsor from 30 January 2025 for a non-refundable fee of $100 (incl. GST) or available free at buy NSW e-tendering website.

Please note there is a Compulsory Site inspection (or Pre- Tender meeting) to be held on 13 February 2025 at 10am at Greens Road near Lot 101 Lower Portland.

Tenders may only be submitted by the means described in the tender documents and must be received by the closing time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify the applicant from the tender process.
