Tender No T00214 - Deerubbin Park Amenities Upgrade

Tenders are invited for Deerubbin Park Amenities Upgrade and will be received up to 3.00pm on 3 April 2025.

Council (the Principal) is seeking Quotations from suitably qualified and experienced specialist organizations or individuals to undertake Amenities upgrades in Deerubbin Park, Cornwallis in accordance with Council’s Master Plan, adopted 11th February 2020.

Tender documents are available at Council’s Administration Building at 366 George Street, Windsor from 6 March 2025 for a non-refundable fee of $100 (incl. GST) or available free at buy NSW e-tendering website at https://suppliers.buy.nsw.gov.au/login

Please note there is a Compulsory Site inspection (or Pre- Tender meeting) to be held on 20 March 2025 at 10.00am at Deerubbin Park.

Tenders may only be submitted by the means described in the tender documents and must be received by the closing time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify the applicant from the tender process.
