Tender No T00213 - Amenities Construction at Brinsley Park, Breakaway Oval & Argyle Bailey Reserve

Tenders are invited for Amenities construction at Brinsley Park, Breakaway Oval & Argyle Bailey Reserve and will be received up to 3pm on 4 February 2025.

Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced building contractors, organisations or individuals to manage and deliver construction of up to three amenities buildings across the Hawkesbury LGA. Interested organisation or individuals should provide a Tender in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFT documents.

Tender documents are available at Council’s Administration Building at 366 George Street, Windsor from 14 January 2025 for a non-refundable fee of $100 (incl. GST) or available free at buy NSW e-tendering website.

Please note there is a Compulsory Site inspection (or Pre- Tender meeting) to be held on 23 January 2025 10am at (Argyle Bailey) 95 Coromandel Road, Ebenezer (Breakaway Oval) – Freemans Reach Road, Freemans Reach (Brinsley Park) – 2 Old Pitt Town Road, Pitt Town.

Tenders may only be submitted by the means described in the tender documents and must be received by the closing time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify the applicant from the tender process.
