Tender No T00212 - Governor Phillip Park - Bank Stabilisation (Sn4) & Betterment Project

Tenders are invited for Governor Phillip Park- Bank Stabilisation (SN4) & Betterment Project and will be received up to 3pm on 7 February 2025.

Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Civil Contractor to carry out the restoration of bank slip (SN4) & betterment project- at Governor Phillip Park in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFT documents.

Tender documents are available at Council’s Administration Building at 366 George Street, Windsor from 14 January 2025 for a non-refundable fee of $100 (incl. GST) or available free at buy NSW e-tendering website.

Please note there is a Compulsory Site inspection (or Pre- Tender meeting) to be held on 28 January 2025 at 10.00am at Governor Phillip Park.

Tenders may only be submitted by the means described in the tender documents and must be received by the closing time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify the applicant from the tender process.
