Tender No T00211 - Construct Fernadell Sports Field, Landscape and Amenities Building

Tenders are invited for Construct Fernadell Sports Field, Landscape and Amenities Building and will be received up to 3pm on 31 January 2025.

Council (The Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Construction Companies, organisations or individuals to Construct Fernadell Park – Landscape, Sports Field and Amenities Building in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFT documents.

Tender documents are available at Council’s Administration Building at 366 George Street, Windsor from 29 November 2024 for a non-refundable fee of $100 (incl. GST) or available free at buy NSW e-tendering website.

Please note there is a Non-Compulsory Site inspection (or Pre- Tender meeting) to be held on 12 December 2024 at 11.00am at Fernadell Park.

Tenders may only be submitted by the means described in the tender documents and must be received by the closing time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify the applicant from the tender process.
