Tenders are invited for Reconstruction of a Concrete Roundabout at Drummond and Mileham Streets and will be received up to 3 PM 28 February 2025

Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors, organisations or individuals to complete a reconstruction of a concrete roundabout and associated civil works at the intersection of Drummond Street and Mileham Street, South Windsor

Tender documents are available at Council’s Administration Building at 366 George Street, Windsor from 7 February 2025 for a non-refundable fee of $100 (incl. GST) or available free at buy NSW e-tendering website.

Please note there is a Non-Compulsory Site inspection (or Pre- Tender meeting) to be held on 17 February 2025 at 10:30am at  Cnr Drummond and Mileham Street, South Windsor.

Tenders may only be submitted by the means described in the tender documents and must be received by the closing time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify the applicant from the tender process.
