Tenders are invited for Kerb and gutter construction Terrace Road, North Richmond and Freemans Reach and will be received up to 3.00pm on 10 April 2025.

Council (The Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Construction Companies, organisations or individuals to Construct Kerb and gutter construction Terrace Road, North Richmond and Freemans Reach in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFT documents.

Tender documents are available at Council’s Administration Building at 366 George Street, Windsor from 19 March 2025 for a non-refundable fee of $100 (incl. GST) or available free at buy NSW e-tendering website at https://suppliers.buy.nsw.gov.au/login

Please note there is a Non-Compulsory Site inspection (or Pre- Tender meeting) to be held on 1 April 2025 at 10.00am at 342-382 Terrace Road North Richmond.

Tenders may only be submitted by the means described in the tender documents and must be received by the closing time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify the applicant from the tender process.
