Tender No T00196 - Tamplin Field and Amenities Building Detailed Design

Tenders are invited for Detailed Design of Tamplin Field and Amenities Building Detailed Design and will be received up to 3pm on 30 October 2024.

Council (the Principal) is seeking a fee proposal from a suitably qualified Consultant who will be required to formulate a detailed design (including all related details) of Tamplin Field Sports Field and Amenities that incorporates key concepts included in Council’s recently adopted Master Plan.

Tender documents are available at Council’s Administration Building at 366 George Street, Windsor from 2 October 2024 for a non-refundable fee of $100 (incl. GST) or available free at buy NSW e-tendering website.

Tenders may only be submitted by the means described in the tender documents and must be received by the closing time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify the applicant from the tender process.
