Tender No T00193 - Macquarie Park Enhancement Project Stage 1a and 1b Works

Tenders are invited for Macquarie Park  Enhancement Project Stage 1a & 1b Works and will be received up to 2 pm on 10 September 2024.

Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced specialist organizations or individuals to undertake upgrades to Macquarie Park in accordance with Council’s  Draft PoM – May 2023 and Concept Master Plan – Scope V2.

Tender documents are available at Council’s Administration Building at 366 George Street, Windsor from 15 August 2024 for a non-refundable fee of $100 (incl. GST) or available free at buy NSW e-tendering website at https://suppliers.buy.nsw.gov.au/login

Please note there is a Compulsory Site inspection (or Pre- Tender meeting) to be held on 28 August 2024 at 10.00am at Macquarie Park.

Tenders may only be submitted by the means described in the tender documents and must be received by the closing time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify the applicant from the tender process.
