Tender No T00192 - Colbee Park -Stage 1 Works

Tenders are invited for Colbee Park – Stage 1 Works and will be received up to 3pm on 20 August 2024.

Council (the Principal) is seeking Quotations from suitably qualified and experienced specialist organizations or individuals to undertake upgrades to Colbee Park in accordance with in accordance with Council’s PoM adopted September 2021 and detailed contract documentation prepared by head Consultant Taylor Brammer landscape Architects.

Tender documents are available at Council’s Administration Building at 366 George Street, Windsor from 23 July 2024 for a non-refundable fee of $100 (incl. GST) or available free at the following website:

Please note there is a Compulsory Site inspection (or Pre- Tender meeting) to be held on 31 July 2024 at 10am at Colbee Park.

Tenders may only be submitted by the means described in the tender documents and must be received by the closing time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify the applicant from the tender process.
