Tender No T00188 – Tender for Rehabilitation of Bowen Mountain Road, Gross Vale

Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of Bowen Mountain Road, Gross Vale and will be received up to 2pm on 5 June 2024.

This Request for Tender (RFT) has been prepared to allow Tenderers to submit a proposal to stabilise existing subgrade, imported road base layer and reconstruct the road with two coat seal wearing surface including stormwater drainage improvement and table drain construction.

Tender documents are available at Council’s Administration Building at 366 George Street, Windsor from Tuesday 14 May 2024 for a non-refundable fee of $100 (incl. GST) or available free at WSROC e-tendering website.

Please note there is a Compulsory Site inspection (or Pre- Tender meeting) to be held on 23 May 2024 at 10.30am at  Bowen Mountain Road

Tenders may only be submitted by the means described in the tender documents and must be received by the closing time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify the applicant from the tender process.
