Proposed Amendments to Redbank Voluntary Planning Agreement
Council at its Ordinary Meeting on 19 July 2022 resolved to place on exhibition proposed amendments to the Redbank Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA).
The proposed amendments to the VPA relate to the construction of the Grose River Bridge and are proposed primarily to ensure that the delivery of the Grose River Bridge progresses as scheduled for practical completion in 2025.
The VPA is on public exhibition from Thursday, 28 July 2022 to Monday, 29 August 2022 and can be viewed at Council’s Administration Building, 366 George Street, Windsor, Monday to Friday during opening hours from 9am to 4pm.

Council will also receive submissions in writing, addressed to the General Manager, by mail to Hawkesbury City Council, PO Box 146 Windsor NSW 2756, or by email to council@hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au up to close of business on Monday, 29 August 2022.
Should you lodge a submission, it will be considered, along with any other submissions received and may be included in a Council meeting business paper. Your submission, including any personal information, is accessible by any person upon written application, subject to Council’s Privacy Management Plan and the Government Information (Public Access) Act, 2009. The inclusion of personal information in your submission is voluntary, however, if not provided, may affect consideration of the submission. The information will ultimately be stored in Council’s records system.

Consulting the Community
McQuade Park Plan of Management
Members of the community are invited to provide comment on the draft Plan of Management for McQuade Park, WindsorWindsor. The plan has been developed in consultation with the community and will guide how the park may be used, managed and improved in the future.

The last day for the receipt of submissions is Friday, 23 September 2022. Development of these plans does not represent a formal commitment to funding. These plans will be guiding documents; their main purpose is to ensure that any future works within the park will be consistent with the overall vision for the park. It is not anticipated that full development of the park will be completed in the short to medium term.

Hawkesbury City Council is in receipt of a Part 5 Application for alterations and additions to Peel Park at 92A Pecks Road, 36 O’Dea Place and 23 Flannery Avenue, North Richmond. The application has been lodged by Redbank Communities on behalf of Council and Hawkesbury City Council is the determining authority.
The Part 5 Application, Review of Environmental Factors and supporting information will be on public exhibition for the period Wednesday, 10 August 2022 to Friday, 9 September 2022. All plans and details may be inspected between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday at Council's Administration Building – 366 George Street, Windsor, or online at www.hawkesbury.nsw.gov.a via the DA Tracking System on direct link www.hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au/plan-and-build/current-and-past-applicaions/da-tracking
During the exhibition period any person may make a submission in writing to Council in relation to the Part 5 Application, quoting reference ‘PT50008/22’. Where a submission by way of objection is made, the grounds for objection are to be specified in the submission. Should you lodge a submission, your views will be taken into account as part of our assessment and a reply will be forwarded to you when the application is determined.
Please note that confidentiality is not available to respondents. The details of any submissions may be included in a Council report or forwarded to the Applicant where it may be used to help resolve design or operational problems. Information (including copies of submissions) may also be released in accordance with Council’s Policy for Access to Information.
Under Section 10.4(5) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, any person who makes a submission to Council is required to disclose any political donation or gift. Any submission made is to be accompanied by a Political Donation and Gift Disclosure Statement. This statement is available from Council’s website.
