A Public Hearing will be held to formally re-categorise the community land comprising Colbee Park, McGraths Hill, to: Sportsground; Park; Natural Area Watercourse; Natural Area Bushland; and General Community Use.

Exhibition of Planning Proposal LEP001/19 - 9 Industry Road, Vineyard, 312 Windsor Road, Vineyard and 7 Fernadell Drive, Pitt Town
Council is exhibiting a planning proposal affecting:
- Lot 9 DP 1149340, 9 Industry Road, Vineyard,
- Lot 13 DP 815849 and Lot 6 DP 777933, 312 Windsor Road, Vineyard, and
- Lot 6028 DP 1169449, 7 Fernadell Drive, Pitt Town.
The objective of the planning proposal is to
(a) Reclassify Lot 9 DP 1149340, 9 Industry Road, and Lot 13 DP 815849 and Lot 6 DP 777933, 312 Windsor Road, Vineyard from ‘Community’ land to ‘Operational’ land;
(b) Reclassify part of Lot 6028 DP 1169449, 7 Fernadell Drive, Pitt Town from ‘Community’ land to ‘Operational’ land;
(c) Rezone part of Lot 6028 DP 1169449, 7 Fernadell Drive, Pitt Town from RU2 Rural Landscape to RE1 Public Recreation to enable the development of the subject site for community and recreational purposes;
(d) Amend the minimum lot size for subdivision of Lot 6028 DP 1169449, 7 Fernadell Drive, Pitt Town to part 4,000m2 and part no minimum lot size; and
(e) Amend the maximum height of buildings on part of Lot 6028 DP 1169449, 7 Fernadell Drive, Pitt Town.
The planning proposal aims to achieve this intended outcome by:
- Amending Hawkesbury Local Environmental Plan 2012, Schedule 4, Part 1 – Land classified, or reclassified, as operational land – no interests changed to include 9 Industry Road and 312 Windsor Road, Vineyard;
- Amending Hawkesbury Local Environmental Plan 2012, Schedule 4, Part 2 – Land classified, or reclassified, as operational land – interests changed to include part of 7 Fernadell Drive, Pitt Town;
- Creating a Land Reclassification (Part Lots) Map for the Hawkesbury Local Environmental Plan 2012 to identify part of 7 Fernadell Drive, Pitt Town as being ‘Operational Land’;
- Amending the Land Zoning Map of Hawkesbury Local Environmental Plan 2012 to rezone part 7 Fernadell Drive, Pitt Town to RE1 Public Recreation;
- Amending the Lot Size Map of Hawkesbury Local Environmental Plan 2012 to permit a minimum lot size of 4,000m2 for part of 7 Fernadell Drive, Pitt Town and removing the current 10ha minimum lot size provision applying to the remainder of 7 Fernadell Drive, Pitt Town;
- Amending the Height of Buildings Map of Hawkesbury Local Environmental Plan 2012 to remove the current 10m maximum building height provision applying to part of 7 Fernadell Drive, Pitt Town.
The planning proposal and other supporting documentation is on public exhibition for the period Thursday, 27 May 2021 to Friday, 25 June 2021.

The last day for the receipt of submissions is Friday, 25 June 2021.

Information (including copies of submissions) may also be released in accordance with Council’s Access to Information Policy.
The inclusion of personal information with your submission is voluntary. However, if not provided, Council will not be able to contact you about the proposal. The information will be stored in Council's electronic records system and paper files. For your protection, Council recommends that you do not include defamatory comments in your submission.
Under Section 10.4(5) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, any person who makes a submission to Council is required to disclose any political donation or gift. Where relevant, a Political Donation and Gift Disclosure Statement is to accompany any submission lodged with Council. This statement can be obtained from Council’s Customer Service Unit or on Council’s website.
Any comments about this proposal may contain information that is personal information, such as information that identifies you, etc, for the purposes of the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1988.
Submissions are balanced with Council’s statutory obligations, the rights of the proponent and the public interest. Council must consider any submissions made before it decides whether to proceed with or abandon a proposal.
The Minister for Planning has delegated the making of the local environmental plan to Council.

Designated Development Proposal
355 Stannix Park Road EBENEZER NSW 2756 (Lot 292 DP 751665)
Hawkesbury City Council has received amended plans and documentation associated with Development Application No. DA0183/19 for the expansion of the composting facility at 355 Stannix Park Road, Ebenezer. The applicant is PGH Environmental Planning and Hawkesbury Local Planning Panel is the consent authority.
The proposed development is defined as Integrated development under Section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 because approvals under the Water Management Act 2000 and Protection of the Environment Act 1997 are required. The approval bodies are the Natural Resource Access Regulator and the NSW Environment Protection Authority.
The development application, environmental impact statement and supporting information will be on public exhibition for the period of 10/06/2021 to 10/07/2021. All plans and details may be inspected in digital form between 9:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday, at Council's Administration Office, 366 George Street, Windsor. The application can also be inspected at the Department of Planning and Environment Offices at 320 Pitt St, Sydney.
During the exhibition period any person may make a submission in writing to Council in relation to the development application, quoting reference DA0183/19. Where a submission by way of objection is made, the grounds for objection are to be specified in the submission. Should you lodge a submission, your views will be taken into account as part of our assessment and a reply will be forwarded to you when the application is determined.
